02Ask
Then ask them why.
They answer from what they saw, and they won’t be talked round.
- A Explain
Ask why.
She explains from what she saw, not from what you meant. Her reaction is where the conversation starts.
- B Inspect
Ask about anything on screen.
She goes back into the View and looks again before she answers, so you can see what she means.
- C Holds
She won’t be talked round.
You can understand a POV. You can’t argue it into liking your work: a new opinion needs a new look.
- D Kept
Show her the next screen.
Add a View and her understanding moves on. What she said about the first one stays exactly as it was.
03Watch
They watch, too.
And they tell you where you lost them.
TikToks, Reels, ads, demos, animations: anything that plays on your screen. Sarah watches it the way she would, then shows you the moments that mattered and where she’d have stopped.
Your coffee is weeks old.

Stopped at 00:18, right before the offer.
