They arrive cold
Nobody tells them where things are. They find their way the way a new customer would.
Product/Use itComing next
They won’t just look.
They’ll use your product themselves.
Each POV gets a browser and goes through your product at their own pace: onboarding, sign-up, checkout. You see where each of them got to, where they got stuck, and where they left.

They do the real thing
Sign up, make an account, go through onboarding and find what they need.
Not test bots
They aren’t trying to pass a script. When a POV can’t work something out, or leaves, that’s what you learn.
Each in their own browser
Every POV gets their own, so one’s account and progress never mix with another’s.
